Delivery

Where and when

We deliver within the United Kingdom only, by Royal Mail, at the same price to every UK address, including the Highlands, the islands and Northern Ireland. We pack and post every order within 2 working days of payment. With Royal Mail's time on top, your cards normally arrive within 3 to 5 working days of ordering, often sooner. Working days are Monday to Friday, not bank holidays, so an order placed on a Saturday, a Sunday or a bank holiday counts from the next working day: order on Saturday and it is posted by Tuesday and normally with you by Friday.

3 to 5 working days is our estimate, not a guarantee: it is up to 2 working days for us to post, plus Royal Mail's own aim for the service. Some Scottish, island and Northern Irish postcodes take a day or two longer on every service. Royal Mail figures are correct at October 2026; royalmail.com has the current terms.

Services and prices

Postage is charged once per order, worked out on the order total, and shown at checkout before you pay. Mixed orders go as one parcel on the service for the order total: 1st Class under £175, and free Tracked 24 with Signature from £175, which covers every 50 and 100 pack. Trade orders above 100 cards go tracked and signed for too, free, and are quoted by hand.

The 50 and 100 packs go Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature because a box of cards is worth tracking all the way and getting a signature for: peace of mind for you and for us. Royal Mail aims to deliver it the next working day after we post it. Royal Mail's cover on this service is up to £75, and whatever happens in the post, the cards are our responsibility until they reach you. If nobody can sign, Royal Mail leaves a card and holds the parcel at your local delivery office for you to collect before sending it back to us.

Tracking

When we post your order you get a dispatch email from our checkout, or a text if you gave a mobile number and no email. On Tracked 24 with Signature it includes the Royal Mail tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. 1st Class post is not tracked, which is why it is only used for the smaller orders.

Late, lost or damaged

The cards are our responsibility until they are in your hands, so a parcel lost or damaged in the post is our problem to fix, not yours, and there is nothing to claim from Royal Mail yourself. If an order is late, check the tracking link, then message us with your order number and we will chase it. Royal Mail will not treat an item as lost until a set time after its due date, which depends on the service. As soon as that point is reached we send a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer, and we take up the claim with Royal Mail.

If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take a photo and message us as soon as you can, ideally within a few days so we can claim from Royal Mail. We will replace the damaged cards or, if you prefer, refund them. Your rights in the faulty cards section of the terms do not depend on how quickly you tell us.

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address you gave was wrong or nobody collected it from the delivery office, we will send it again once you have paid the postage for the second attempt, or, if you would rather not, we will cancel the order and refund it in full. If the mistake was ours, we resend at our cost.

Collection

We do not offer collection; everything goes by post.
